2020 Cloud Family Gathering — Postponed

We are disappointed to have to inform you that the April 2020 Cloud Family Gathering has been postponed until we have a better sense of the public health situation and the emergency has passed.

We apologize for the inconvenience, and hope you are able to cancel reservations with no difficulty. If you have sent in your registration, the secretary will be contacting you about a refund.

Registration begins at 3:00 on Friday, the 17th. We’ll meet and greet, share a meal together Friday evening and have a speaker, David Ewing.

Complete schedule will be in the Journal, coming soon. Saturday speakers include Dr. Tom Hamm (CFA member, professor at Earlham College and Quaker archivist there), a speaker from the Middle Tennessee Genealogical Society, and a speaker sharing about Nashville’s unique role in Women’s Suffrage.

Saturday afternoon we’ll have group tours, with plenty of time on Sunday to round out your week-end with tours of your choice.

Registration cost per person: $70

Registration covers costs of supplies, Friday evening meal, Saturday luncheon, honorariums, etc. Tours will be extra as costs are not the same for all tours.

Friday Night Menu: Fried Chicken, Smoked Chicken, Pulled Pork, Macaroni and Cheese, Green Beans, Baked Beans, Potato Salad, Rolls, Cornbread, Lemonade, Sweet Tea, Unsweet Tea, Water, Coffee, Brownies, Cake.

Saturday Lunch Menu: Turkey and Cheese Sandwich Platter; Ham, Roast Beef and Turkey and Cheese Platter; Deli Sandwiches; Croissant Platter (Tuna, Chicken Salad, Egg Salad, Ham Salad); Fried Chicken Wings; Baked Chicken Wings; Chips, Cookies, Brownies; Tea; Lemonade Coffee, Water.
