The CLOUD FAMILY ASSOCIATION (CFA) is a 501 (c)(7) nonprofit corporation devoted to the collection and preservation of information about the various branches of the Cloud Family, past and present. The files of the Association are organized to provide a clearing house for Cloud information and a major goal is to encourage people to share their family information with the Association and with others interested in the family. It is intended that such information, along with data from family sources and public documents, be made available to interested persons through the CLOUD FAMILY JOURNAL (ISSN 0883-0940) that is nominally published on a quarterly basis.

The Cloud Family Association publishes a Journal, also available on CD, and hosts bi-annual Gatherings / Reunions. We also have a DNA Project whose purpose is to help find family ties that have no paper trail. The CFA also has several web forums, including a Facebook account where members and the general public can meet and share family history.
