This year”s Cloud Family Gathering will be September 16-18 in Galveston, Texas, on the beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. We look forward to seeing you there. The Gathering / Reunion is a bi-annual event sponsored by the Cloud Family Association
Any Cloud family descendant, relative or friend is welcome to attend
(and we hope you will want to join the Association).

CFA Vice President Jim Cantrell will be acting as host of the 2016 CFA Gathering. Jim and the CFA Board invite you to attend and enjoy the wonderful setting of Galveston, Texas. Following is information that you need to know for planning your trip to attend the Gathering. It is not too soon to begin making your plans.
Registration Fee for the Gathering: Adults – $70 | Children – $60
Registration Fee includes the following:
- Friday finger food
- Saturday night dinner from the hotel
- Tour of Galveston on Saturday afternoon
Free parking - Hotel van to Galveston areas of interest
As you register, we would like to know how many will attend and their age range:
- Adults 18-62
- Adults 62 and over
- Youth 12-17
- Children 8-11;
- Children under 8
To prepare name tags beforehand, it will be helpful if you provide the names and cities of residence of all attending. We would also like to have an idea of what branch of the universal Cloud family you are from, if known and applicable.

A block of rooms have been reserved at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel at Galveston Beach, Galveston, Texas – see the Cloud Family Gathering brochure. The block of rooms are reserved from September 15, 2016 – September 18, 2016. The special room rate will be available through June 30th; on July 1st the rates will increase by $20. Reservations may be made until August 22nd at a higher rate or until the group block is sold out, whichever comes first. Again please note, to receive the lower rates, reservations must be made by June 30th. Be sure to mention the Group Name and Group Code when making your reservations in order to get the special rates. (HINT: Ask for an upstairs room for a view of the Gulf of Mexico)
